As a young adult, I loved hearing folks repeat the advice to keep our eyes on the prize as one day our ship will sail into the horizon to meet our goals/dreams/wishes. For some reason, no one spoke about the ship sailing out and coming home soon but, with time it all made sense. If we kept our eyes on the price, our goals were greater and the future held limitless opportunities.
